A Development, as part of the revitalization of the industrial zone of the former factory of malt extracts and the brick factory of Mykhailo Richert and the complex development of the improvement of the adjacent territory of the location, undertook to create a new green zone within the borders and at the intersection of the Podilskyi and Shevchenkivskyi districts, namely, in the area of the slopes of Yurkovitsa hill.
