The press service of developer company A Development informs about the renewal of construction works within the framework of the implementation of its Richert&Park project on the plots within the boundaries of Nizhnoyurkivska, Kyrylivska and Mylnyi lanes in Podilskyi district of Kyiv.
As previously was reported, due to today's challenges in the primary real estate market, the developer decided to rethink the concept of the project and implemented the division of the land plot, as a result of which the building area will decrease by almost 40,000 m2, and a park with an area of 5.85 hectares will be arranged on the newly created plot with a cultural and sports center.
According to Oleksiy Baranov, the CEO of A Development, the developer company is on the final stage of signing a memorandum with the city represented by the Podilska DGA, where the obligations of A Development are recorded, including next:
• investments in the amount of UAH 40,000,000 in the renovation of a general educational institution chosen by the local community;
• compliance with the maximum height restrictions of the project, according to previously reached agreements with local residents during public hearings regarding the implementation of the specified project;
• implementation of a philanthropic project for the establishment of a publicly accessible vertical park in the area of the slopes of Yurkovitsa Mountain with walking areas and viewing terraces, which will remain on the balance sheet of the "KyivZelenBud" cooperative for the proper maintenance, preservation and development of the green area for the community;
• carrying out a complex of restoration works of architectural monuments for which the developer has signed protection contracts;
• carrying out a complex of works with the improvement of the territory adjacent to the construction area.
Currently, until the signing of the memorandum, the renewal of construction works is provided only within the limits of the queues, where the maximum height of buildings does not exceed the mark of 27 meters, for which the developer has a full package of permit documentation, and the construction itself will continue in parallel with the restoration of architectural monuments. The team of Andriy Pashenko creative and architectural workshop is engaged in updating the concept of 5-6 stages, the presentation of which will be announced to the public and media representatives later.
